What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address and store a hash of your password — never the password itself. When you place an order we store the order details you give us, such as your Kick channel name or URL and the quantities you chose. When you deposit funds we receive payment confirmations from our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers or private wallet keys.

Like most sites, we automatically receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use it for security — fraud prevention, abuse detection and rate limiting — and to improve the service.

What we use it for

• Operating your account, orders and balance
• Delivering what you purchased and showing you live order status
• Support — answering your messages
• Security, fraud prevention and rate limiting
• Service emails: address verification, password resets and important account notices

What we don’t do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not share your order details with third parties beyond what is required to deliver the service and process payments.
• We do not require any personally identifying information beyond an email address to use the service.
• We never ask for your Kick password or account credentials, so we never hold them.

Cookies

We use cookies for essential functionality: keeping you signed in, protecting against cross-site request forgery, and remembering preferences such as your theme. Details are in our cookies policy.

Data retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us; we will honour the request except where records must be kept for fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Third parties

Payments are processed by an external cryptocurrency payment provider under its own privacy policy. We use Cloudflare for site delivery and bot protection, and an email provider to send account emails such as verification and password resets. Each operates under its own terms.
