1. The service

BuyKickViewers (“we”, “us”) provides promotional services for Kick channels — live viewers, followers, chatters and video views — alongside free tools and guides. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may only order for channels you own or have permission to promote.
• You may not use the service to promote illegal content, spam, scams, harassment, or content that harms others.
• You may not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service outside features we explicitly provide.
• You are responsible for the content you promote and for your own compliance with the rules of any platform you use.

3. Risk acknowledgement

Third-party engagement services may conflict with the terms of service of the platforms they target, Kick included. You use the service at your own discretion and risk, and you accept that we cannot guarantee outcomes on a platform we do not control. We do not promise partner status, payouts, placement, or any specific result.

4. We never ask for your password

Our services need your public channel name or URL — nothing else. We will never ask for your Kick password, your login credentials, a verification code, or access to your account. Anyone asking you for those while claiming to be us is not us. Report it to [email protected].

5. Balance and payments

Deposits are converted to account balance, which is spent on services. Balance is not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Prices and accepted payment methods are shown before you confirm an order. Fraudulent payments result in account termination.

6. Delivery

Delivery speeds and quantities are estimates, and live-viewer sessions require your channel to actually be streaming during the window you select. Where an order cannot be completed, the undelivered portion is refunded to your balance per our refund policy.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

8. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service or its staff, or create fraud or chargeback risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Referral program

Where we offer a referral program, an account holder may share a referral link. An account created within 30 days of a click on that link is attributed to the referrer, and an account can be attributed to one referrer only, once. The current program is described on our affiliate program page.

The referrer earns 30% — or a rate we have agreed with them individually — of the amount of each deposit the referred account completes, for as long as that account exists. Deposit bonuses are never counted, and commission is credited to a separate referral wallet, not to the referrer's balance.

Referral earnings may be moved to the referrer's balance from $5.00, where they become ordinary balance under section 5 (moving them is not a deposit and earns no deposit bonus), or paid out in USDT on request from $100.00. We may change the rate for future deposits; commission already credited is not reduced by such a change.

Referring yourself or accounts you control, fake or incentivised sign-ups, and any other attempt to earn commission without a genuine referral are not permitted. We may withhold, reverse or cancel referral earnings obtained that way, and may close the referral wallet and the account.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
